- No. Citadel has no external access model, by design. Transfer to counsel happens through your normal, deliberate channels.
- Can we control where data is stored?
- Storage locations are configured as part of deployment, including jurisdictional requirements.
- Is retrieval provable?
- Yes. Files are checksum-verified against what was originally stored.
