How much storage do I get?

Citadel isn't sold by the terabyte.

Every Protected User includes a generous protected-usage allocation appropriate for the selected Citadel plan, and usage is pooled across your organization.

This lets your team focus on protecting and using its information rather than constantly purchasing additional storage blocks.

For unusually large data environments, Citadel can create a custom usage plan.

What is a Protected User?

A Protected User is much more than a storage account.

A Citadel Protected User receives access to an integrated environment covering identity, authentication, networking, intelligent storage, data protection, private AI, recovery, redundancy, and business continuity.

Can I cancel my free trial?

Absolutely.

You can cancel directly inside Citadel without contacting sales or support.

Account → Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan

Your account will show exactly when your trial ends and whether billing is scheduled.

Cancel before your trial expires and you will not be charged.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

If you do nothing, your trial automatically converts to Citadel Basic at $1,199 per Protected User per year.

The payment method provided when you started your trial will be charged at the end of your 14-day trial.

The exact billing date is displayed in the Citadel dashboard throughout the trial.

Will you remind me before I'm charged?

Yes. Citadel provides clear reminders before the free trial ends at 7 days remaining, 3 days remaining, and 1 day remaining.

Each reminder includes a direct link to manage or cancel the subscription.

How do I cancel a paid subscription?

Go to Account → Billing & Plan → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan.

You can cancel renewal without contacting Citadel. Your dashboard clearly displays your current plan, number of Protected Users, annual price, next billing date, payment method, invoice history, usage profile, upgrade and downgrade options, and Cancel Plan.

When you cancel, Citadel immediately confirms: Your plan will not renew. You will continue to have access through [DATE].
