Key management is the quiet risk.
Key custody, rotation, escrow, backup and revocation consume enormous effort, and a single mistake in any of them undoes the protection entirely.
Removing the master key removes an entire class of operational risk along with it.
Keyless is not access-free.
Keyless describes how the data is protected, not how you get in. Access still requires authentication, and we strongly recommend a private code alongside your password.
The point is that the two are decoupled: compromising an account does not hand over a key that unlocks everything, everywhere, forever.

- What if I lose my device?
- Account recovery follows your authentication setup. No recovery path hands anybody a key to your data, because none exists.
- Can Secured2 read my files?
- No storage location holds a whole, readable file, and Citadel reassembles only for your authenticated account.
- Is keyless the same as zero-knowledge?
- No. Zero-knowledge keeps the key with you. Keyless removes the dependency on a key altogether.
