Terms of Service

By accessing or using this Site or the Service, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you purchase a Citadel subscription, your use of the Service is also governed by the Secured2 Citadel End-User License and Subscription Agreement, which you accept at checkout. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, that agreement controls for the Service.

You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Citadel accounts are provisioned to named individuals and require an active annual subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and your Quantum-Secure® multi-factor enrolment, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at info@secured2.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused or is at risk.

You retain all ownership of the files and data you store in Citadel. You grant Secured2 only the limited rights necessary to store, protect, transmit and restore your content at your direction, and to provide the features you activate.

You are responsible for having the legal right to store the content you upload, and for maintaining independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Citadel subscriptions are sold on an annual basis and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. Capacity add-ons and deployment or white-glove service fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.

Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. If a renewal payment fails, access may be restricted after a short grace period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current term.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design (collectively, "Content") is the property of Secured2 or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of our Content may violate applicable laws and is strictly prohibited.

Secured2®, Quantum-Secure®, QuantaMorphic®, Citadel™, MIIND™ and related graphics and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Secured2 Corporation in the United States and other jurisdictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Secured2, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Service.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Secured2. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The most current version of the Terms will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Following termination you will be given a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your stored content before it is permanently removed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
