What is cyber-resilient storage?
Storage built on the assumption that compromise happens, and designed so the consequences are limited and recoverable.
Cyber-resilient storage
Resilience is not the promise that nothing will go wrong. It is making sure that when something does, your most important data is still intact and still yours.
Storage built on the assumption that compromise happens, and designed so the consequences are limited and recoverable.
No single location holds a whole file, integrity is verified on every retrieval, and there is no sharing surface for an attacker to abuse.
It complements it. Citadel is a protected archive for your most valuable files, not a general backup agent for every endpoint.
Sharing links, guest accounts and integrations are how everyday storage becomes useful, and also how it becomes exposed. Citadel simply does not have them.
The only way data leaves the vault is an authenticated retrieval by the account holder.
Every upload records a checksum, and every retrieval is verified against it. If anything does not match, you know immediately rather than years later.
Deletion is deliberate: files move to Trash first, so a wrong click is not a loss.
Citadel by Secured2
Citadel is accepted by a limited number of organisations each quarter. See the plans and start with the data you cannot afford to lose.
